1. Complete Local Processing (No Cloud Storage)

The Application is designed to operate strictly as a local productivity tool.

• No Server Collection: We do not own, operate, or use external servers to collect, store, track, or monitor your personal data.
• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, accounts, or physical locations.

2. Device Permissions and Data Handling

To provide document scanning and PDF generation features, the Application requires certain device capabilities. All processing happens entirely on your local hardware:

• Camera Access: The Application requires access to your device's camera to enable the document scanning feature (powered by Google ML Kit). The camera feed is used strictly in real-time to detect document edges and capture the page layout. No images or video feeds are ever transmitted to external servers or third parties.
• Storage and Files: Documents, raw images, and generated PDFs are processed and stored locally within the application's isolated sandbox directory or temporary cache. We have no access to your files or generated documents.
• Local Preferences: We use local on-device key-value storage to save your app preferences, UI states, or configuration choices. This data is never transmitted to external servers or third parties.

3. Document Sharing and Printing

When you utilize the built-in sharing or printing mechanisms within the Application:

• The Application hands off the locally generated PDF directly to your device's native operating system share sheet.
• Any subsequent transmission, printing, or sharing of the file is managed entirely by your device OS and the specific third-party application you explicitly choose to share it with (e.g., email clients, messaging platforms). We do not track or log what you share or who you send it to.

4. Third-Party Libraries

The Application uses Google ML Kit for on-device document scanning. This library processes all visual data entirely offline on your device hardware and does not send the scanned document content to Google servers or any external networks.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app updates or legal compliance. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when the latest modifications were made.
